Lagi Soal PCR, Pakar Hukum: Negara Berbisnis Dengan Warganya Adalah Kejahatan

ZONASATUNEWS.COM— Maraknya Penyalahgunaan Covid diantaranya yang pertama adalah harga PCR yang gila-gilaan, kewajiban SWAB, dan yang terakhir adalah maju-mundurnya persyaratan transportasi yang akan digunakan secara general kepada semua moda transportasi, yang akhirnya dicabut.

Hal itu dikatakan oleh Dr Muhammad Taufiq, SH,MH, Presiden Asosiasi Ahli Hukum Pidana Indonesia, Kamis (4/11/2021) melalui rekaman video yangdikirimkan ke ZONASATUNEWS.COM.

“Saya ingin sampaikan, siapapun pejabat negara kalau dia bertransaksi dengan warga negara dengan menguunakan fasilitas negara, itu korupsi. Pertanyaannya,kenapa KPK tidak menangkap, Polisi tidak menangkap. Kejaksaan tidak menangkap?,” kataTaufiq.

“Karena mereka bagian dari oligarki.”

Oleh karena itu dia menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tetap bersuara kritis.

“Pejabat negara yang bertransaksi dengan warga negaranya, bukan hanya korupsi. Itu merupakan kejahatan. Hukumannya ditambah sepertiga,” tegasnya.
