ZONASATUNEWS.COM, SURABAYA – Memasuki era industri 4.0, kompetisi inovasi dalam industri kreatif dan teknologi sangatlah ketat. Banyaknya ide dan inovasi yang muncul, mengharuskan para inovator untuk dapat menghasilkan prototype barang inovasi dengan cepat. Hal ini dijawab oleh Tridiku Argonaut, sebuah mesin pencetak 3D pintar yang mengusung fitur-fitur canggih buatan mahasiswa ITS.

Lebih dari sekedar 3D printer biasa, Tridiku Argonaut dilengkapi berbagai fitur canggih. Yaitu praktis, 100 persen anti error, multi material printing, dan kemampuan printing berjam-jam tanpa maintenance, serta dapat dioperasikan dari jauh lewat teknologi WiFi dan kamera.


Tridiku yang ditargetkan sebagai penyokong Industri Kreatif dan Keteknikan tentu akan terhubung dengan kedua Industri tersebut. Industri Kreatif saat ini sedang dalam masa jayanya, di mana peningkatan nilai impor terus terjadi dari tahun ke tahun.

“Ini menandakan Indonesia semakin gencar dan bergantung terhadap Industri Kreatif dalam mendatangkan pendapatan pada negara. Hal ini membuktikan pangsa pasar dari Tridiku,” terang Faisal Fahmy Sulistya, CEO Tridiku.

Tim Tridiku Argonaut yang berada di bawah Inkubator dan Layanan Bisnis Inovatif (ILBI) ITS berhasil mendapat pendanaan dari program Calon Perusahaan Pemula Berbasis Teknologi (CPPBT) yang diadakan oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Ristekdikti).

Dalam program tersebut, Tridiku berhasil membuat produk 3D printer level entry industrial yang mudah digunakan, terjangkau untuk industri berkembang, dan dapat mencetak hingga 5 kali lebih cepat dibanding 3D printer komersial biasa.

Untuk pengujiannya, produk hasil 3D print Tridiku Argonaut terdiri atas pengujian akurasi hasil 3D print, pengujian kualitas hasil 3D print dengan bahan PLA, ABS, PETG, dan PP, serta pengujian MTBF 3D printer dibandingkan dengan 3D printer Creality Ender 3.

“Hasil dari pendanaan tersebut ada 3 mesin 3D Printer Tridiku Argonaut yang terdiri atas 1 mesin dalam tahap MVP, 1 mesin dalam tahap beta release, dan 1 mesin dalam tahap launch-ready,” jelas Faisal.

Selain Faisal, Tim Tridiku Argonaut beranggotakan Aprilio Mori Syamra, Taufiq Ramadhan, dan Delta Afif Kuncahyo yang seluruhnya merupakan mahasiswa Teknik Material Metalurgi 2018.
