ZONASATU NEWS –Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kemenkumham) melakukan pencegahan terhadap mantan Direktur Utama Jiwasraya, Hendrisman Rahim dan mantan Direktur Keuangan Jiwasraya, Hary Prasetyo ke luar negeri.
Pencegahan dilakukan terkait penanganan perkara kasus dugaan korupsi di balik defisit anggaran PT Asuransi Jiwasraya.
“Benar (eks Dirut dan eks Dirkeu Jiwasraya dicegah),” kata Kasubbag Humas Ditjen Imigrasi Kemenkumham, Sam Fernando saat dikonfirmasi, Jum’at (27/12), seperti dikutip CNN Indonesia.
Sam menjelaskan keduanya dicegah selama enam bulan ke depan terhitung sejak 26 Desember 2019.
Sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Agung menyatakan telah melakukan cegah dan tangkal terhadap 10 orang. Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin enggan membeberkan dari unsur mana saja pihak yang dicekal tersebut.
“Jadi kami sudah minta untuk pencegahan ke luar negeri, untuk cekal itu untuk 10 orang. 10 orang kami mulai minta cegah-tangkal dan tadi malam sudah dicekal,” tutur Burhanuddin di Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, Jumat (27/12).
Ia juga enggan mengungkap ada tidaknya unsur pejabat PT Jiwasraya dari 10 orang yang dicekal. Ia menuturkan proses pengembangan kasus masih terus dilakukan.
Sementara itu Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pidana Khusus Adi Toegarisman hanya membeberkan inisial masing-masing orang yang dicekal.
“Atas perintah Jaksa Agung saya sampaikan 10 orang yang telah dilakukan pencekalan semalam. Adalah–saya baca–inisialnya HR, DA, HP, NZ, DW, GL, ER, HD, BT, AS. Jadi 10 orang,” tutur Adi.
