Ternyata Lifting 5 Blok Di Pertamina Terus Merosot

Jakarta, Zonasatu News – Kinerja PT Pertamina (Persero) dan anak usahanya jadi sorotan di rapat pimpinan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) hari ini. Musababnya karena produksi dan lifting migas perusahaan migas pelat merah ini terus merosot.

Jebloknya lifting migas Pertamina ini berimbas ke Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas (SKK Migas) sebagai lembaga monitoring para kontraktor.

“Lifting ini tadi kena marah-marah, kami kena marah. Bunyinya itu kan dari 10 atau 20 KKKS utama kita bahas, kemudian dari 10 besar ada 6 KKKS yang lifting turun. Dari 6 itu ada 5 dari Pertamina,” ujar Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Sutjipto saat dijumpai di Kementerian ESDM, Senin (29/7/2019).

5 Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) Pertamina tersebut adalah PT Pertamina EP, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore South East Sumatra (PHE OSES), Pertamina Hulu Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), dan Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT).

Dwi menjelaskan lebih lanjut penurunan ini menjadi perhatian pemerintah. Apalagi blok tersebut sebagian adalah blok strategis yang sebelumnya dipegang oleh kontraktor asing, kini dipercayakan pemerintah ke Pertamina.

“Lifting ini jangan sampai mana mana yang diambil oleh Pertamina sebagai operator jadi penurunan tajam,” kata Dwi.

Penurunan tajam, lanjutnya, paling tampak di blok Mahakam yang dikelola oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam.

Wakil Kepala SKK Migas Sukandar menambahkan turunnya produksi di Mahakam salah satunya karena ada LNG yang tak jadi diserap pasar sehingga harus kurangi produksi dari rata-rata 670 MMSCFD ke 500 MMSCFD.

Sementara, penurunan produksi di ONWJ terjadi karena ada kebocoran gas yang akibatkan tumpahan minyak. “Ini handling harus cepat agar tumpahan minyak tidak kemana-mana.”
