Zonasatu News –Teka teki kabinet Menteri Jokowi-Ma’ruf sedikit demi sedikit sudah mulai terjawab. Ada beberapa sederetan nama yang digadang-gadang akan membantu Presiden Jokowi dalam periode kabinet kerja jilid dua kali ini.

Namun yang menjadi titik perhatian Ketua Bidang Hukum dan HAM PB HMI Muh. Imam Taufiq yaitu mengenai siapa yang akan menduduki kursi Menteri Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Salah satu alasan mengapa Kementerian Hukum dan HAM menjadi titik fokus perhatian karena memiliki visi yang sama di bidang Hukum dan HAM.

Selain itu, Kementerian Hukum dan HAM juga sebagai mitra atau sharing partner serta dapat bersinergi didalam menciptakan role model terhadap perkembangan Hukum dan HAM di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

Salah satu nama yang mencuat di publik adalah Prof. Yusril Ihza Mahendra. Menurut Imam Prof. Yusril merupakan satu-satunya kandidat menteri Hukum dan HAM yang paling ideal. Prof. Yusril yang merupakan praktisi dan akademisi dibidang hukum tentu saja kemampuannya sudah tidak diragukan lagi. Prof. Yusril juga merupakan salah seorang Intelektual yang dimiliki Indonesia. Apalgi beliau pernah menjabat Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dan Menteri Sekretaris Negara Indonesia. Ia juga aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan di tingkat internasional, seperti di sidang AALCO, Konferensi Internasional tentang Tsunami, Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi Asia Afrika, serta berbagai kegiatan lainnya.

Yusril juga pernah dipercaya sebagai President Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization yang bermarkas di New Delhi, India. Sederetan pengalaman dan prestasi baik dalam tingkat nasional dan Internasional pernah diraihnya, yang diyakini Imam mampu memecahkan problematika Hukum dan HAM di negara Ini. Beliau merupakan cerdikiawan yang tidak hanya paiawai dalam berdialektika tetapi juga dalam tindakan nyata. Jadi menurut Imam, kabinet Presiden Jokowi Jilid II diyakini Imam akan menjadi kabinet Kerja yang sempurna jika posisi Menteri Hukum dan HAM di amanahkan kepada Prof. Yusril.
