Lebih dari itu, Dubes Najib juga berbicara dengan berbagai pihak dikota ini baik muslim maupun non muslim. Bagaimana membangun kolaborasi diantara kelompok-kelompok yang berbeda sehingga bisa mencptakan perdamaian untuk kita semua.

“Sehingga kita tidak peduli apa agamanya, apa bangsanya, apa sukunya, tetapi yang lebih penting adalah menciptakan dunia yang lebih tenang, lebih damai, dan lebih bersahabat. Dunia kita ini serasa semakin sempit dengan berkembangnya sain dan teknologi, khususnya teknologi digital. Sehingga interaksi kelompok-kelompok ini tak terhindarkan,” ungkap Dubes Najib 

Oleh karena itu, lanjutnya, kalau kita tidak membangun mindset baru yang lebih toleran dan terbuka, tentu perbedaan itu akan menyesakkan dada dan bisa menjadi ancaman bagi kita semua termasuk anak dan keturunan kita.

Tetapi, lanjut Dubes Najib, kalau kita bisa menyikapinya secara bijaksana, dengan midset terbuka dan toleran, maka warna-warna itu akan semakin indah. Ini makna pesan Al Quran bahwa Islam itu menjadi rahmatan lilalamin. Tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk umat Islam sendiri, tetapi juga bagi uamt manusia secara keseluruhan.

“Karena itu Islam yang Rahmatan Lilalamin ini sebenarnya sebuah keunggulan. Karena itu kita harus percaya diri (confidence) saat berhadapan dengan berbagai kelompok yang berbeda. Semoha impian ini membawa hasil,” harap Dubes Najib.

Bila diperhatikan, poros Jakarta-Madrid-Abu Dhabi ini tidak hanya berbicara pada tataran promosi toleransi beragama, Islam moderat, hidup berdampingan, dan perdamaian dunia.Tetapi 3 negara tersebut memiliki potensi ekonomi besar dibaliknya, yang bisa mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat di masing-masing negara.

Lebih dari itu ketiga anggota poros ini, sama-sama meyakini dan memandang penting sain dan teknologi sebagai sumber kemajuan bangsa dan kemajuan dunia kedepan.

Sehingga Poros ini bisa dipahai secara lebih mudah sebagai upaya kolaborasi Indonesia-Spanyol-UEA dalam mengembangkan kerjasama untuk mempromosikan toleransi, moderasi, menciptakan perdamain dunia, kerjasama ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat ketiga negara, serta kerjasama dalam penguasaan sain dan teknologi seluas-luasnya.

Atau dalam bahasa yang lebih sederhana pengembangan Poros ini adalah sebagai wujud upaya menciptakan Rahmatan Lil Alamin, rahmat untuk semua tanpa memandang perbedaan bangsa, agama, atau etnis. Bahkan rahmat untuk seluruh alam semesta, tidak hanya untuk manusia semata.
