Inilah 7 fakta aneh dibalik lagu “Lathi”, bikin miris dan merinding mendengarnya

ZONASATUNEWS.COM–Siapa yang tidak tahu lagu “Lathi”? Ya, saat ini memang lagu ini lagi meledak berceceran hingga keujung-ujung dunia. Lagu ini seperti ingin menyapa dan menyentuh hati seluruh penduduk bumi.

Lagu besutan Weird Genius ini sudah dilihat 63 juta lebih di platform Youtube.Tetapi tahukah anda bahwa dibalik lagu ini banyak sekali hal-hal aneh dan unik. Mari kita perhatikan :

1.Lirik lagu ini sebagian besar ditulis dalam bahasa Inggeris, hanya reffnya saja yang ditulis dalam bahasa Jawa. Namun anehnya, judulnya justru dalam bahasa Jawa. “Lathi” adalah bahasa Jawa halus, jarang dipakai dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Kata “lathi” ini diambil dari pepatah Jawa “Ajining diri gumantung soko ing lathi, ajining rogo gumantung soko ing busono” (berharganya diri seseorang bergantung pada lidah (ucapannya), berharganya rogo (badan) seseorang bergantung kepada busana (pakaian yang dikenakan).

2.Reza Oktovian yang kerap dipanggil Reza Arap, dalam acara podcast Dedy Corbuzier bercerita aneh. Dia mengatakan,”pokoknya lagu ini harus ada lirik bahasa jawanya. Gue gak tahu kenapa?” katanya. Dia menjelaskan seperti ada bisikan untuk menggunakan bahasa Jawa.

3.Anehnya lagi, ide Reza itu disetujui tapi yang nuliskan liriknya bukan dia, justru Sara Fajira sang vokalis.Sara mengakui dia menuliskan lirik itu mengambil dari pepatah Jawa biar ada pesan moralnya.Meski tidak lengkap tapi tanpa mengurangi arti.

4.Keanehan lainnya, Sara Fajira itu keturunan Yaman, Polandia, dan Batak. Tidak ada darah Jawa. Namun dia lama tinggal di Surabaya, karena itu fasih bahasa Jawa. “Ya, bahasa Jawa Surabaya itu kasar, sering misuh-misuh, tapi akrab,” kata Sara di acara podcast Dedy Corbuzier.

5.Dalam penulisan kata “lathi” diikuti dengan penulisan huruf Jawa. Tampak lebih Indah, unik, etnik, dan eksentrik. Tapi muncul keanehan disitu. Huruf Jawa itu tidak berbunyi “la-thi” melainkan “pa-thi”. Mengapa bisa begitu? Lihat gambar dibawah ini :

Penjelasan datang dari seorang bernama Utut Kusumadhata. Menurutnya itu hanya perbedaan “gagrag” (style) saja. Huruf “la” dan “pa” hanya beda satu tarikan garis didepan. Pada gagrag aksara Jawa baru/umum/standard tarikan itu harus tegas dan jelas (tulisan yang di posisi atas ini adalah gagrag baru, lihat gambar bawah ini)

Sementara pada gagrag yang digunakan pada “lathi Weird Genius” tarikan yang digunakan cenderung halus dan bahkan bisa hilang (tulisan yang bagian bawah dalam gambar diatas).

“Gagrag ini umum ditemukan pada add-on aksara Jawa di komputer/ponsel,” katanya.

6.Banyak yang mengaku “mrinding” (berdiri bulu roma) saat mendengarkan lantunan reff bahasa Jawa dari lagu “lathi”. Salah satunya adalah Dedy Corbuzier saat Sara Fajira melantunkan langsung syair reff bahasa Jawa “Kowe ra iso mlayu, soko kesalahan, ajining diri ono ing lathi” Spontan Dedy berteriak, “Anjir, gue mrinding.”

“Ini nggak ada hantunya ya,” ujar Sara.

7.Saat rekaman Sara Fajira mengaku seperti ada makhluk yang mengikuti terus kemanapun dia bergerak. Dalam studio itu meskipun ber AC tapi tidak dingin.”Tapi badanku terasa sangat dingin sampai menembus tulang,” kata Sara. Hii..merinding mendengarnya.
