Ahli Pidana Muhammad Taufiq Sebut Aksi Penolakan Rocky Gerung di Yogya Itu Ngawur Dan Tiak Beradab, Pelakunya Bisa Dijerat Hukum

ZONASATUNEWS.COM, YOGYAKARTA – Ahli Pidana yang juga Presiden Asosiasi Ahli Pidana Indonesia (AAPI) Dr Muhammad Taufiq,SH,MH, menilai aksi penolakan terhadap Rocky Gerung di Yogyakarta, sebagai tindakan yang ngawur, tidak beradab dan tidak pantas.

“Wah itu ngawur, tidak beradab dan tidak pantas. Kenapa? RG itu manusia merdeka, saksi juga ngga, apalagi tersangka, dia bebas pergi ke manapun. Justru pelakunya bisa dikenakan pasal 335 ayat 2 (KUHP) tentang persekusi atau perbuatan tidak menyenangkan, ” ujar Muhammad Taufiq lewat keterangan tertulis kepada ZONASATUNEWS.COM, Kamis (3/8/2023).

Muhammad Taufiq juga menegaskan, Polisi harus mencegah, jika tidak negara turut andil persekusi. Ini sentimen pilpres karena RG pengkritik keras jokowi.

Sementara itu, dalam berita sebelumnya yang diturunkan media ini, Direktur Sabang Merauke Circle, Dr Syahganda Nainggolan menyebut aksi penolakan terhadap RG di Yogyakarta itu sebagai “Tidak memiliki landasan moral dan politik”.

“Itu tidak mempunyai landasan moral dan politik. Landasan moral maksudnya karena Jokowi sudah mengeluarkan statemen bahwa urusan dengan RG itu urusan kecil saja,” kata Syahganda Nainggolan lewat keterangan tertulis kepada ZONASATUNEWS.COM, Rabu (2/8/2023) malam.

Sedangkan landasan politik, menurut Sayhganda, tidak jelas mendemo RG, karena secara politik yang dikecam RG adalah Presiden dan itu bagian demokrasi.

Seperti diberitakan media ini sebelumnya, tadi malam, Rabu (2/8/2023) filosof dan pengamat politik Rocky Gerung batal tampil di Yogya.

Rocky dijadwalkan untuk menjadi narasumber dalam acara yang digelar oleh Sekber KIB dalam acara NGOPI (Ngobrol Perubahan Indonesia) bersama ratusan elemen gabungan masyarakat di Caffe Bento Godean Jogyakarta.

Rocky dikabarkan sudah berada di lokasi saat sekelompok orang menyatakan menolak Rocky Gerung tampil orasi di acara itu. Hadir ditengah aksi itu Anggota DPR RI asal PDIP My Esti Wijayati, yang menegaskan Rocky Gerung tidak layak tampil di Yogya.

Esti mengatakan, mendatangkan orang yang telah berkata-kata tidak beradab, tidak berbudaya itu kami sesalkan.

“Namun selama ini Rocky Gerung yang sebenarnya saya anggap seorang akademisi yang hebat, tidak bisa seorang akademisi hebat daya intelektual tinggi tapi tidak punya adab dan budaya,” kata My Esti.

My Esti Wijayati anggota DPR dari PDIP didepan massa aksi menolak kehadiran Rocky Gerung di Yogyakarta, Rabu (2/8/2023) malam.

Sekali lagi, kata My Esti, ini Yogyakarta bung. Jangan biasakan mengatakan yang memang tidak berbudaya. Dia mengganggap tidak tepat mengundnag Rocky ke Yogya ini.

“Saya kecewa. Kalau boleh dikata saya marah ketika melihat apa yang dikatakan. Saya dengarkan (Rocky Gerung) dari video-video yang ada,” ungkap Esti.

Diperoleh informasi acara yang digelar oleh Sekber KIB dan dihadiri ratusan warga Yogya itu tetap berjalan. Beberapa narasumer yang datang antara lain Mantan Pimpinan KPK Saut Sitomorang, Andi Sinulingga, dan Koordinator Sekber KIB Habil Marati.
