JAKARTA, Zonasatu News–Media sosial menjadi platform utama yang digunakan publik untuk membagikan segala aspirasinya kepada khalayak umum. Termasuk aspirasinya dalam politik. Masyarakat lebih jujur mengungkapkan aspirasinya melalui media sosial dibandingkan berhadapan langsung dengan orang.

Pembicaraan publik via platform media sosial bisa dipantau dan dikumpulkan (Big Data) dan kemudian dianalisa menggunakan algoritma yang dikembangkan, Maka kecenderungan aspirasi pilitik nitizen bisa diketahui. Salah satu lembaga yang menggunakan metode ini dalam untuk mengetahui aspirasi publik dalam Pilpres adalah Menara Digital Network.

Menara Digital Network melakukan survei dengan cara pengumpulan data secara “real time” dari berbagai media sosial yang ada di Indonesia seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Online Forum dan portal berita.

“Prediksi pilpres hasil olah big data kami lakukan denga analisa dan pendalaman berupa jumlah percakapan dan topik pembicaraan, sentimen di media sosial, SNA dan wilayah persebaran percakapan, serta algoritma internal. Hasilnya adalah Prabowo-Sandi unggul 55,6% dan Jokowi – Ma’ruf 44,4 % dalam Pilpres 2019,” ungkap CEO Menara Digital Network, Anthony Leong di Gedung Financial Club Graha CIMB Niaga, Jakarta Selatan, seperti dikutip KRJOGJA.com

Pakar Digital ini menambahkan bahwa sentimen-sentimen yang didapat merupakan hasil bersih setelah melakukan filterisasi akun bot dari data dan analisa. Sehingga pendapat atau sentimen tersebut merupakan murni perasaan dari user yang dinyatakan di media sosial terhadap salah satu kandidat.

“Berdasarkan Net Sentiment (NS) pada percakapan 11 Maret – 9 April 2019 ditemukan bahwa Prabowo-Sandi lebih memiliki sentimen positif yaitu 63,4% dari pada lawannya Jokowi-Ma’ruf dengan presentase sentimen positif 51,1%,” lanjutnya.

Anthony juga mengatakan bahwa dari hasil big data ini ditemukan bahwa Jokowi-Ma’ruf lebih unggul pada wilayah percakapan seperti Lampung, Kepulauan Riau, Papua Barat, Papua, Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, DIY Jogjakarta, Bali, NTT, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Utara, Maluku, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Utara, Maluku Utara.

Sedangkan untuk Prabowo-Sandi unggul pada wilayah percakapan Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Riau, Sumatera Selatan, Bengkulu, Bangka Belitung, Gorontalo, Banten, Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta, NTB, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Sulawesi Utara. “Untuk total percakapan sampai 9 April kemarin ada 15.001.823 dengan penjabaran Jokowi-Ma’ruf dibicarakan sebanyak 7.374.045 kali, dan lawannya Prabowo-Sandi dibicarakan sebanyak 7.627.778 kali,” tutup Anthony.
