NDONESIA?

Saya bertanya demikian karena saya membacanya di alinea pertama Teks Proklamasi, “Kami Bangsa Indonesia dengan ini menyatakan Kemerdekaan Indonesia”.

Mengapa bukan ditulis ‘kemerdekaan Bangsa Indonesia’ atau apalagi ‘kemerdekaan rakyat Indonesia’, misalnya? Mengapa ‘Kemerdekaan Indonesia’ saja? Lalu, apakah yang dimaksud dengan ‘Indonesia’ dalam frasa ‘Kemerdekaan Indonesia’?

Setelah saya telaah dan timbang-timbang ‘Indonesia’ yamg dimaksud dalam frasa ‘Kemerdekaan Indonesia’ itu ada hubungannya dengan Congrses Pemoeda Indonesia 27-28 Oktober 1928, yg menghasikan keputusan Sumpah Pemuda, meskipun awalnya memang tidak disebut dengan ‘Soempah Pemoeda’.

Jadi saya akhirnya tahu bahwa ‘Kemerdekaan Indonesia’ yang dimaksud adalah kemerdekaan tanah air Indonesia, kemerdekaan Bangsa Indonesia, dan kemerdekaan penggunaan bahasa persatuan Bahasa Indonesia di seluruh tanah air Indonesia.

Kemerdekaan Indonesia belum meliputi kemerdekaan rakyat Indonesia, kemerdekaan Indonesia dengan selamat sentausa menghantar rakyat Indonesia ke depan pintu gerbang kemerdekaan Negara Indonesia yang merdeka, bersatu, berdaulat adil dan makmur (alinea II preambule UUD 1945).

Negara Indonesia juga belum merdeka karena rakyat Indonesia sebagai syarat pendirian negara juga belum merdeka, sehingga pada alinea III preambule UUD 1945 dinyatakanlah kemerdekaan rakyat Indonesia setelah rakyat Indonesia dihantarkan ke depan pintu gerbang kemerdekaan (alinea II preambule UUD 1945). Maka Negara Indonesia otomatis menjadi merdeka dengan merdekanya rakyat Indonesia, dan persyaratan pendirian negara menjadi lengkap, yakni ada wilayah (tanah air Indonesia yg dimerdekakan pd 17 Agustus 1945), ada rakyat (yg menyatakan kemerdekaan pd 18 Agustus 1945 (alinea III preambule UUD 1945), dan penyusunan pemerintah Negara Indonesia (alinea IV preambule UUD 1945).

Negara Indonesia secara de facto lengkap berdiri pada 18 Agustus 1945. Setelah itu tinggal pengakuan (de jure) dari negara lain.

Sumpah Pemuda, Proklamasi~Preambule, dan berdirinya Negara Indonesia itu adalah satu garis sejarah yang tidak terpisah.

Dirgahayu Bangsa Indonesia ke-90 (1928-2018).
