ZONASATUNEWS.COM, JOMBANG – Ahli Teknik bangunan yang bergerak di bidang perencanaan dan pengawasan teknis suatu bangunan yang beralamatkan didaerah kabupaten Jombang, angkat bicara serta menyoroti perihal kejanggalan pekerjaan pembangunan rabat beton yang berada di kecamatan Gudo tersebut.

Bangunan rabat beton tersebut berada di Dusun Dermo, Desa Mentaos, Kecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur, dimana pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh TPK desa itu sarat akan kejanggalan, serta banyak memanipulasi pekerjaan dan dugaan bahwa fisik pada bangunan rabat beton tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan untuk kualitas material bangunan patut dipertanyakan.

Ahli teknik bangunan, berkantor di Jombang, mempertanyakan material yang digunakan pada paket pekerjaan rabat beton tersebut, terkait pada campuran agregat yang terlihat asal – asalan serta spesi yang di duga tidak sesuai bestek, dan dirinya menyampaikan itu kepada awak media saat dimintai keterangan dikantornya.minggu, (18/12/2022).

“Jika dilihat dari fisik bangunan rabat beton yang sudah jadi, saya menduga bahwa, mutu dan kualitas bangunan tidak sesuai bestek dan tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal. Sebab bangunan rabat beton sudah terlihat, sudah sangat memprihatinkan pada permukaan rabat beton, yang sudah terlihat mengelupas serta tidak kelihatan seperti bangunan rabat beton pada umumnya. Oleh sebap itu, publik dan masyarakat harus terus mengawal dan mempertanyakan pada pemdes maupun TPK desa mentaos, ” tandasnya.

Masih menurut penjelasan ahli teknik bangunan tersebut, dia menduga, kalau proses pengerjaan yang di laksanakan oleh TPK Desa Mentaos mengunakan pasir yang mengandung lumpur dan kurang nya kandungan semen. Sehingga TPK desa Mentaos terindikasi memanipulasi pengerjaan rabat beton tersebut, agregat campuran nya di kerjakan tidak sesuai bestek.

Dihari sebelumnya, dari pemaparan narasumber juga senada yang diutarakan oleh ahli teknik bangunan, terkait pada dugaan, bahwa pengerjaan rabat beton tersebut disinyalir spesi lepas dari bestek, dan tidak sesuai perencanaan.

“Terlihat hasil bangunan rabat beton tersebut bangunannya terlihat sudah mengelupas terlihat kurang kandungan semen,dan menggunakan pasir yang kualitasnya kurang bagus, hal tersebut terlihat dari bangunan rabat beton yang sudah jadi,” ungkapnya, Minggu, (18/12/2022)

Pembangunan rabat beton yang terletak di dusun Dermo tersebut belum genap setahun selesai di kerjakan tetapi kondisi bangunan terlihat sudah sangat memprihatinkan,bangunan kondisi rabat beton yang sudah terlihat menglupas atas dari rabat beton tersebut.

“Sehingga saya menduga jika pengerjaan rabat beton tersebut banyak di manipulasi pekerjaanya,dan dikerjakan asal jadi, sehingga kualitas bangunan tidak akan bisa berumur panjang,” pungkasnya (bersambung). (Batim).
