Bila Diserahkan Ke Daerah, Roy : Nasib Honorer K2 Akan Terkatung-katung Lagi

Kediri, Zonasatu News– Politikus Partai Berkarya Kediri, Roy Kurnia Irawan mengatakan, kalau seluruh gaji honorer K2 dibebankan pada APBD daerah, maka sudah bisa dipastikan daerah akan mengalami kesulitan pendanaan untuk pengangkatan PPPK. Sebab,  APBD sudah cukup berat. karena kalau 10 persen APBD untuk Alokasi Dana Dana Desa (ADD), 5 persen APBD untuk kesehatan, dan 25 persen APBD untuk anggaran infrastruktur, belum lagi anggaran untuk pendidikan yang lumayan banyak.

“Jika APBD untuk mengurusi pembayaran pegawai (pembiayaan PPPK, red) lagi, apakah APBD pemda ada duitnya ? Pemerintah pusat tidak boleh begitu dong, Itu namanya lepas tanggung jawab soal gaji pegawai.” kata Bang Roy.

Pemerintah pusat sudah melempar tanggung jawab ke daerah. Karena nasib honorer K2 akan ditentukan oleh daerah, ungkap Bang Roy.

Yang perlu diingat bila daerah merasa tidak mampu, karena beban APBD sudah sangat berat, hal tersebut bisa membuat APBD jebol.

“Karena pendapatan asli daerah yang tidak bisa mencukupi semua itu, serta bisa dipastikan nasib Honorer K2 akan terkatung-katung lagi. Semakin tidak jelas masa depan mereka. Kasihan mereka sudah mengabdi lama.

“Ada yang sampai puluhan tahun tapi nasibnya terkatung – katung dan bahkan harus terganjal aturan pengangkatan menjadi PNS, bayangkan saja terkait batas usia dan harus mengikuti test bila ingin menjadi PNS. Padahal mereka para honorer K2 sudah menunjukkan pengabdiannya ada yang sampai puluhan tahun. Semoga pemerintah pusat memperhatikan nasib para honorer K2.” pungkas Bang Roy, yang juga kader Partai Berkarya yang mencalonkan diri menjadi caleg DPRD propinsi Jawa Timur dapil Kota Kediri dan Kabupaten Kediri itu.
