ZONASATUNEWS.COM – Proyek Lapangan Gas Abadi, Masela, Maluku boleh dibilang penuh drama. Sejak kontrak diteken pada 1998, hampir 20 tahun lamanya proyek kilang LNG tersebut tak tergarap akibat tarik ulur.

Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan proyek ini mangkrak, mulai dari temuan cadangan baru hingga yang paling ramai perseturuan pemindahan skema dari laut ke darat.

Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto mengatakan, proses proyek senilai Rp 288 triliun tersebut terus berjalan seperti soal pengurusan kelengkapan dokumen perizinan seperti AMDAL, hingga sosialisasi dan survei.

“Proses Blok Masela terus berjalan, saat ini ada empat hal yang dijalankan yaitu sosialisasi dan survei, pengurusan AMDAL, tender Front End Engineering Design (FEED) dan EPC,” kata Dwi saat rapat dengan Komisi VII DPR RI pada Kamis (16/1/2020).

Tak hanya itu, kata Dwi, soal konstruksi pemerintah menargetkan baru akan dimulai pada 2022, tapi hal tersebut bisa saja bisa dipercepat pada tahun 2021.

“Awalnya kan 2020 mulai kontruksi, tapi tadi Pak Ketua (Komisi VII) sampaikan perizinan minta dipercepat harapannya 2021 kita mulai konstruksi,” kata Dwi.

Tak hanya itu sesuai amanat Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) terkait pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Dwi mengatakan akan memanfaatkan potensi SDM lokal dalam proyek tersebut.

“Kita sudah sosialisasikan kepada pemerintah daerah agar menyiapkan SDM lokal dengan talenta-talenta terbaik, karena sesuai arahan presiden sumber daya semaksimal mungkin bisa disiapkan,” katanya.
