Catatan Dari Sidang MK(1): 3 Trisula Demokrasi Dari ITS

Membanggakan. Itu kata yang bisa mewakili perasaan jutaan rakyat Indonesia atas jurus-jurus yang diperagakan oleh 3 pendekar dari alumni ITS : Agus Muhamad Maksum, Jaswar Koto, dan Soegianto. Gabungan ketiganya bak tombak trisula dalam membongkar kecurangan Pilpres. Didepan sidang Mahkamah Kostitusi. Disaksikan jutaaan rakyat Indonesia.

Agus Muhammad Maksum, pinjam istilahnya Prof Margarito Kamis, sebagai pria cerdas dan pemberani. Bibit keberaniannya telah tampak sejak mahasiswa. Dia mantan Ketua Senat Mahasiswa ITS 1995-1996. Saya tahu sepak terjangnya di ITS, meskipun masa aktivis saya tidak sezaman dengannya. Saya menjadi aktivis mahasiswa ITS 1991-1994. Tahun 1995 saya lulus dari Teknik Kimia, karena memang sudah masuk tahun Ke-7 kuliah, jadi harus lulus. Tetapi saya masih mengikuti terus gerakan mahasiswa ITS hingga gerakan reformasi 1997-1998.

Dia pernah terancam akan dipecat dari ITS gara-gara nekad mengundang Sri Bintang Pamungkas, tokoh bintang demokrasi saat itu. Acara tidak boleh digelar di plaza rektorat. Agus nekad menjebol kaca. Komenrar-komentarnya dimedia juga bikin panas kuping rektor. Begitulah aktivis.

Saat masih aktif, saya pernah mengundang 3 partai politik masuk kampus. Gollkar, PPP, PDI. Mereka saya minta berbicara politik kebangsaan. Kami para aktivis ITS saat itu, tahun 1992, hendak merumuskan arah politik mahasiswa dalam bingkai “Student Goverment”. Pagi hari saat acara mau digelar di plaza rektorat, kami diusir.Tempat dibatalkan sepihak.Acara kami pindah mendadak, ke GOR mahasiswa. Sebagai aktivis memang sudah terlatih berhadapan dengan kekuasaan.

Karena itu saya tidak heran melihat keberanian Agus Maksum dalam membongkar DPT “invalid” sebesar 17,5 juta. Namun tetap bangga kepadanya.Agus Maksum dengan teliti dan konsisten mengamati proses penyusunan DPT. Tentu dengan teknologi IT yang menjadi keahliannya. Didepan sidang MK, sebagai saksi fakta pertama dari BPN 02, penampilan Agus sangat memukau dan tangkas. Bahkan ada guyonan seperti layaknya google, ditanya apa saja Agus bisa menjawab.

Robot Ikhlas buatan Prof Sugianto telah berhasil menunjukkan kecurangan-kecurangan dalam proses input data TPS di Situng KPU. Kecurangan yang relatif konstan : mengurangi suara 02, menambah suara 01.Melakukan pengecekan manual tentu sulit dan lama. Tetapi melaui robot, mesin pintar, pengecekan bisa dilakukan cepat, akurat, real time.

Prof Soegianto dan Prof Jaswar Koto, saya baru mengenalnya. Khususnya Prof Koto, malam itu saat hadir di MK saya baru tahu dia alumni ITS. Tampil sebagai saksi ahli dengan keoercayaan diri yang besar. Dengan ilmu dan teknologi yang dikuasainya dia berhasil mengungkap kecurangan dalam pilpres. Penggelembungan suara sekitar 22 juta berhasil dia bongkar dengan meyakinkan. Yusril sampai kehabisan bahan pertanyaan. Hingga harus bertanya soal sertifikat keahlian. Saat dijawab teknologi sidik jari dan sensor mata itu Koto yang keluarkan sertifikatnya, Yusril kaget. Terdiam.

Tiga pendekar demokrasi ini saling melengkapii. Agus Maksum membongkar konsep rancangaan kecurangan (DPT invalid). Prof Jaswar Koto membuktikan terjadi penggelembungan massiv. Prof Soegiarto membongkar praktek kecurangan di TPS. Ketiganya menggunakan teknologi.

Bersyukur masih banyak orang pinter dan berani menegakkan kebenaran dan keadilan di negeri ini. Indonesia masih punya harapan kedepan.
