Guru Honorer Ini Menilai Pidato Prabowo Memberikan Harapan baru

Ngawi, Zonasatu News–Pidato Kebangsaan Prabowo Sandi dinilai berhasil menangkap kegelisahan dan persoalan nyata yang dihadapi masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah misi Prabowo-Sandi yang akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan para guru honorer.

Hal itu disampaikan Retnodewi, guru honorer disebuah sekolah swasta di Ngawi Jawa Timur.

“Masalah kesejahteraan guru honorer ini sejak lama kurang diperhatikan oleh negara. Mereka mengajar di sekolah-sekolah swasta. Padahal jumlah mereka sangat banyak. Tetapi kami merasakan negara abai terhadap kami”, katanya kepada Zonasatu News, Selasa (15/1).

Guru yang telah mengajar lebih dari 8 tahun ini mengaku senang dan sangat mendukung misi Prabowo untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru honorer.

“Ya saya senang mendengar pidato Pak Prabowo kemarin. Saya melihat langsung dari siaran TV One. Saya yakin semua guru honorer juga senang mendengar janji itu. Yang jelas bagi guru honorer seperti kami ini, ada harapan baru dari isi pidato itu”, ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut dia menceritakan, pada masa pemerintahan SBY (Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono) memang ada tunjangan dari negara, meskipun juga belum memadai.

“Ya saat itu ada tunjangan dari negara.Tiap bulan kami mendapatkan tunjangan sebesar Rp 250.000. Diberikan setiap satu semester”, lanjutnya.

Dia menyayangkan, pada pemerintahan pak Jokowi justru tunjangan dari negara itu tidak diberikan penuh.

“Boro-boro ditambah, yang terjadi justru dikurangi. Dua tahun pertama hanya diberikan separo. Dua tahun berikutnya tidak diberikan sama sekali. Hanya yang terakhir diberikan penuh. Diberikan pada akhir Desember 2018 lalu”, katanya.

Ditanya honor mengajarnya tiap bulan, Retnodewi mengaku masih jauh dari harapan. Tetapi dia menyadari bahwa kamampuan sekolah swasta memang masih terbatas. Karena itu dia berharap negara mau memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru-guru honorer itu.

“Tiap minggu kami mengajar rata-rata 30 jam pelajaran. Sebulan 120 jam pelajaran. Honor yang kami terima Rp 300.000 per bulan. Jadi, kami terima honor Rp. 2.500 per jam pelajaran”, paparnya.

Dengan honor sebesar itu tentunya masih jauh dari mencukupi. Apalagi bila dikaitkan dengan harga barang kebutuhan sehari-hari yang selalu naik.

Karena itu wajar bila guru honorer seperti Retnodewi ini berharap negara lebih memperhatikan nasib mereka.

“Harapan kami negara lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru-guru honorer”, tegasnya.
