Habiburokhman: Pidato Gubernur Anies Tidak Bertentangan Dengan Inpres Nomor 26 Tahun 1998

Jakarta, zonasatu – Ketua Dewan Pembina ACTA, Habiburokhman menyatakan bahwa pidato Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan yang mengutip istilah “pribumi” tidak bertentangan dengan aturan hukum apapun termasuk Intruksi Presiden (Inpres) Nomor 26 Tahun 1998.

“Kita harus pahami bahwa Inpres 26 Tahun 1998 tersebut mengatur penghentian penggunaan istilah pribumi dan Non pribumi dalam semua perumusan dan penyelenggaraan kebijakan, perencanaan program, ataupun pelaksanaan kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Jadi tidak ada larangan memakai istilah pribumi dalam menjelaskan konteks sejarah,” terangnya di Jakarta, Rabu (18/10/2017).

Dia juga menambahkan bahwa perlu digaris-bawahi spirit utama Inpres Nomor 26 Tahun 1998 tersebut terdapat pada poin 2 yang mengatur keharusan adanya perlakuan dan layanan yang sama kepada seluruh warga negara Indonesia dalam penyelenggaraan layanan pemerintahan dan meniadakan pembedaan dalam segala bentuk, baik atas dasar suku, agama, ras maupun asal-usul dalam penyelenggaraan layanan tersebut

“Tidak satu kata pun pidato Anies yang mengarah pada pembedaan perlakuan yang diamanatkan poin 2 Inpres Nomor 26 Tahun 1998 tersebut. Justru Anies secara lugas mengatakan kini saatnya kita jadi tuan rumah di negeri sendiri,” Tegasnya.

“Kami berharap perdebatan soal pidato Gubernur Anies tidak berkepanjangan. Mari sama-sama kita beri dia kesempatan untuk kerja melayani seluruh masyarakat dan menepati janji-janji kampanyenya,” pungkasnya.(ZS)
