Impor Beras Terus Mengalir, Harga Beras Dipastikan Turun

Perum Bulog mengimpor 5.000 ton beras asal Vietnam yang dialokasikan untuk pemenuhan stok cadangan beras pemerintah (CBP) yang dilakukan secara bertahap sehingga sampai Desember 2022 total importasi beras sebanyak 200.000 ton.

ZONASATUNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Perum Bulog memastikan realisasi impor beras akan terus mengalir masuk ke Indonesia melalui 14 pelabuhan hingga akhir tahun ini. Tren harga beras dipastikan akan mengalami penurunan seiring operasi pasar beras Bulog yang dioptimalkan.

Sekretaris Perusahaan Bulog, Awaluddin Iqbal, menyampaikan, sebanyak 24 ribu ton beras impor asal Vietnam dan Thailand dilaporkan telah masuk ke Indonesia. Sebanyak 10 ribu ton masuk melalui Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, 10 ribu ton di Pelabuhan Merak dan 4 ribu ton melalui Pelabuhan Panjang.

Total kuota impor beras sebesar 500 ribu ton hingga Februari 2023 mendatang. Awaluddin meyakini, kebijakan impor beras akhir tahun ini sekaligus memberikan dampak psikologis kepada pelaku pasar perberasan untuk mulai menahan laju kenaikan beras.

“Dengan ada impor ini ada dampak psikologis, ada kepastian barang dari Bulog dan orang pasti akan menahan harga (tidak naik),” kata Awaluddin saat ditemui di Kantor Pusat Bulog, Jakarta, Selasa (20/12/2022).

Mengutip Panel Harga Badan Pangan Nasional, rata-rata harga beras medium tembus Rp 11.390 per kg jauh lebih tinggi dari HET beras sebesar Rp 9.450 per kg Awaluddin pun menjamin, harga akan terus mengalami penurunan seiring pasokan beras Bulog yang diperkuat untuk operasi pasar.

“Harga jual beras dari gudang tetap Rp 8.300 per kg jenis medium. Bulog akan tetap menjalankan tugasnya sebagai stabilitator harga,” ujarnya.

Pihaknya pun memastikan beras impor akan bocor atau disalahgunakan dengan diubah menjadi beras premium yang dapat dijual lebih mahal. Meskipun, beras impor yang masuk dapat dikategorikan sebagai premium lantaran kadar pecah hanya 5 persen hingga 10 persen.

“Kita ada Satgas Pangan yang terus melakukan pengawasan, kita melibatkan semuanya,” katanya menambahkan.

Sementara impor akan terus mengalir, Awaluddin memastikan tugas penyerapan produksi lokal tetap dilakukan. Pasalnya, kendatipun impor dituntaskan sampai 500 ribu ton hingga awal tahun depan, pasokan beras Bulog masih tetap di bawah 1,2 juta ton atau batas aman yang ditetapkan pemerintah.

Pasalnya, stok beras Bulog saat ini masih pada kisaran 450 ribu ton dan akan terus dikeluarkan untuk operasi pasar sementara impor beras sebanyak 500 ribu ton terus didatangkan.

“Kami pastikan impor beras ini tidak akan menganggu panen raya sehingga saat memasuki musim panen mulai Maret, Bulog akan melakukan penyerapan produksi petani,” ujar dia.

Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional, Arief Prasetyo Adi, menuturkan, pihaknya masih melakukan monitoring pergerakan harga beras. Badan Pangan tengah berkonsentrasi untuk menjaga laju inflasi pangan pada pergantian tahun terkendali. (blg-23)
