Ini Alasan Warga Tionghoa tak Boleh Punya Hak Milik Tanah di Yogyakarta

Jakarta (ZONASATU News)–Penulis Salim A Fillah menjelaskan alasan kenapa warga Tionghoa tak mempunyai hak milik bangunan di daerah Yogyakarta.

“Dan sejarah di Yogjakarta ini, mohon maaf, bukan SARA tapi kita ingin satu fakta sejarah. Tahu kenapa saudara-saudara Tionghoa tak punya hak girik di wilayah Yogjakarta? mereka hanya punya hak milik bangunan semata-semata,” kata Salim dalam Aksi Bela Islam terhadap dugaan penistaan agama yang dilakukan oleh Basuki Tjahaja Purnama di Yogyakarta, Jumat (28/10/2016).

Salim melanjutkan, kala itu, Komunitas Tionghoa disebut memberikan bantuan terhadap Belanda dalam menjajah Indonesia.

“Mohon maaf, ini soal sejarah yang harus dilihat dan diakui. Pada agresi militer kedua Belanda, Desember 1948. Komunitas Tionghoa di Yogjakarta memberi sokongan kepada agresor Belanda itu,” ucapnya.

Atas pengkhianatan itu, masih kata Salim, Sultan Hamengkubowono IX mencabut hak kepemilikan tanah di Yogyakarta untuk kaum Tionghoa.

Maka pada tahun 1950, ketika tegak kembali NKRI kita dari Jogjakrta ini, mereka sudah bersiap-siap eksodus. Tapi oleh Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX, mereka ditenangkan dan Sultan mengatakan, “Anda meskipun berkhianat kesekian kalinya terhadap negeri ini, tetap kami akui sebagai tetangga dan tidak perlu pergi dan tinggalah disini. Tapi mohon maaf, saya cabut satu hak Anda untuk memeliki tanah. Karena keserakahan sepanjang sejarah,” ucap Salim ketika menirukan pernyatan Sultan Hamengkubowono IX.
