Kejar produksi migas 1 juta barel, SKK Migas Lakukan 5 Transformasi

ZONASATU NEWS –-SKK Migas menyebut masih ada cadangan migas yang belum dikembangkan sebesar 1,7 miliar barel minyak dan 27 triliun kaki kubik (Tcf) gas.

Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) mengumpulkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan industri hulu migas di Bandung dari tanggal 9 hingga 11 Desember 2019. Pertemuan itu guna mengejar target produksi migas 1 juta barel minyak per hari pada tahun 2031.

 

Selain Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) eksplorasi dan eksploitasi, acara tersebut juga dihadiri ahli kebumian, universitas, organisasi profesi, dan pihak lainnya.

Deputi Perencanaan SKK Migas Jaffee Suardin mengatakan potensi migas di Indonesia masih besar. Makanya kerja sama semua pihak penting lantaran masih ada penemuan cadangan migas yang belum dikembangkan sebesar 1,7 miliar barel minyak dan 27 triliun kaki kubik (Tcf) gas.

“SKK Migas siap mengawal investasi yang masuk,” kata Jaffee berdasarkan keterangan tertulis SKK Migas, Senin (9/12).

Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto menyampaikan untuk memgejar target tersebut pihaknya akan menerapkan lima aspek transformasi. Lima perubahan itu adalah, Clear Vision, Smart Organization, One Door Policy, Commercialization dan Digitalization.

Forum juga membahas upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengendalikan cost recovery migas di Indonesia. Ini menjadi langkah awal dalam menyusun strategi eksplorasi dan eksploitasi untuk mencapai target produksi satu juta barel.
