ZONASATU NEWS, JAKARTA – Musa Zainuddin, terpidana 9 tahun penjara, kasus proyek infrastruktur di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), tak ambil pusing dengan nasib suratnya (Justice Collaborator) ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Baginya, hukum harus bertindak adil. Tidak boleh tebang pilih.

“Bahkan ia menyebut, siapa yang berani melindungi nama-nama yang sudah disebut dalam suratnya (JC), maka, Musa tak segan-segan membongkar kasus yang lebih besar. Tidak peduli, apakah itu menyangkut orang penting di PBNU,” jelas sumber duta.co, usai bertemu Musa di Sukamiskin, Sabtu (30/11/2019).

Masih menurut sumber tadi, Musa tidak ambil pusing, apakah JC-nya disetujui atau ditolak oleh KPK. Baginya, itu urusan belakang. Yang terpenting adalah keadilan ditegakkan. Dia minta, jangan hanya dia yang dijadikan tumbal dalam kasus ini.

“Sementara ada pihak lain yang memerintah dan menerima jauh lebih besar, justru lenggang kangkung. Ini yang tengah diperjuangkan Musa. KPK harus berani bertindak adil,” tambah sumber tersebut.

Semangat Musa, tambahnya, sungguh luar biasa. Ia siap membantu KPK untuk bersih-bersih. Menurutnya, kejahatan korupsi itu sudah menginstitusi, korporasi. “Saya menyambut baik semangat Musa. Ini harus menjadi pintu masuk membersihkan partai dari kejahatan korupsi korporasi. Karena ada kecenderungan lembaga yang dipakai alat. Makanya, partai ini harus segera diselamatkan,” jelasnya.

IPW Minta KPK ‘Panggil Paksa’

Sementara, seperti diberitakan akurat.co Pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) diminta untuk melakukan pemanggilan paksa Ketua Umum PKB Muhaimin Iskandar dalam kasus dugaan suap atau menerima hadiah terkait proyek di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) tahun 2016.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua Presidium Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) Neta S Pane dalam menanggapi mangkirnya Muhaimin Iskandar atau Cak Imin selama beberapa kali.

Menurut dia, menjelang berakhirnya massa tugasnya pada pertengahan Desember mendatang, para pimpinan KPK harus menjadikan kasus Muhaimin Iskandar sebagai “bonus” karirnya di lembaga anti rasuah.

Dan “bonus” akhir tahun buat masyarakat, terutama masyarakat Anti korupsi,” kata Neta dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Jumat (29/11/2019) seperi diunggah akurat.co.

Apalagi, dikatakan dia, disebut-sebut KPK sudah punya alat bukti yang kuat dalam kasus Muhaimin, di antaranya rekaman kamera pengawas (CCTV), lalu apalagi yang harus diragukan. “Jika Muhaimin menghindar, KPK bisa melakukan pemanggilan paksa,” ujarnya.

Sebaiknya KPK fokus mengusut kasus yang diduga menjerat Wakil Ketua DPR RI Muhaimin Iskandar. Dan tidak perlu mempermasalahkan Ketua KPK terpilih Komjen Firli Bahuri.

“Lebih baik fokus melakukan pemanggilan paksa pada Muhaimin agar kasusnya tuntas, sebelum akhir tahun,” tegasnya.

Diketahui, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyebut telah menerima surat dari Ketua Umum Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa Muhaimin Iskandar atau Cak Imin.

Surat itu menjelaskan alasan mengapa Cak Imin belum bisa memenuhi panggilan pemeriksaan KPK dalam kasus suap proyek di Kementerian PUPR.

Juru bicara KPK Febri Diansyah mengatakan dalam isi suratnya, Cak Imin menyatakan sudah memiliki kegiatan selaku pimpinan DPR sampai Desember 2019.

“Surat yang terakhir disampaikan itu yang bersangkutan mengirimkan daftar kegiatan pimpinan DPR RI, daftar kegiatan itu full sampai 23 Desember,” kata Febri di kantornya, Jakarta, Rabu, (27/11/ 2019).
