ZONASATUNEWS.COM, MADRID – Duta Besar Indonesia untuk Spanyol dan UNWTO, Dr Muhammad Najib memenuhi undangan Duta Besar Nepal di Madrid-Spanyol, Ibu Sarmila. Dubes Najib mengaku memprioritaskan untuk hadir karena dua alasan. Pertama, karena Ibu Sarmila backgroundnya dia bukan diplomat karir, tapi seorang dosen di perguruan tinggi. Sehingga dengan Dubes Najib nyambung. Berbicara tentang penelitian, berbicara tetang buku, dan banyak hal terkait dengan ilmu.

 

Pagelaran musik oleh kelompok beragama Budha dari negara Nepal, di Madrid-Spanyol.

“Kami sudah sepakat untuk berkolaborasi bekerjasama dengan sejumlah perguruan tinggi disini (Indonesia), untuk tukar menukar dosen, tukar menukar mahasiswa, join riset dan seterusnya, dengan harapan bisa memajukan negara masing-masing. Baik untuk transfer teknologi, ilmu sosial, ekonomi, humaniora, dan lain-lainnya,” kata Dubes Muhammad Najib melaluichannel youtube Wisma Duta RI Madrid yang dikirimkan ke redaksi zonasatunews.com, Sabtu (10/12/2022).

Yang kedua, Ibu Sarmila memiliki suami yang sukses dalam bidang bisnis. Sebelumnya Ibu Sarmila menjadi Duta Besar Nepal di Oman, dan suaminya memiliki kerjasama dengan banyak pengusaha di Oman dan negara-negara Teluk lainnya yang cukup kaya seperti Uni Emirat Arab, Qatar,dan Bahrain.

Harapannya, lanjut Dubes Najib, dia bisa kita sambungkan dan bekerjasama dengan para pengusaha di Indonesia. Dia berjanji akan datang dalam seminar yang diadakan oleh KBRI di kota Madrid tanggal 10 Januari 2022 mendatang yang melibatkan banyak pengusaha Spanyol, investor Spanyol, dan juga big company di Spanyol.

“Saya juga memperhatikan, acara hari ini adalah cara Kedutaan Nepal memperkenalkan negaranya itu dengan musik. Menurut mereka musik adalah bahasa yang universal. Mereka mencoba mengenalkan Nepal yang mungkin di Eropa atau bahkan juga di Indonesia masih kurang dikenal. Saya sendiri menyadari sesudah mendengarkan penjelasan bahwa gunung Himalaya, gunung tertinggi di dunia itu berada di negara Nepal. Shangrilla yang menjadi nama hotel sangat terkenal dibanyak negara itu juga mengambil nama sebuah bangunan yang sangat indah di Nepal. Nah, saya kira kreatifitas-kreatifitas seperti ini perlu kita cermati. Mana-mana yang bisa kita adopsi, kita modifikasi, sehingga bisaa memberikan manfaat sebesar-besarnya bagi bangsa dan negara kita,” ungkap Dubes Najib.

Kali ini mereka membawa group musik “sufi” (dalam pemahaman bahasa kita), yang dikembangkan oleh agama Budha di Nepal. Musik ini sebagai sarana kontemplasi, meditasi, bagai masyarakat Budha di Nepal.

Ternyata di Spanyol ini banyak juga kelompok-kelompok yang beragama Budha yang meminati cara beribadah seperti yang dikembangkan oleh kelompok Budha di Nepal.  Walaupun kelompok Budha tidak besar, karena di Nepal mayoritas beragama Hindu, tetapi agama Budha dapat berkembang. Begitu juga agama Islam, Kristen, dan yang lainnya.

Dubes Nepal, Ibu Sarmila sedang memberikan pidato sambutan

“Jadi, mereka memiliki budaya toleransi, sama seperti kita.Karena itu penting sekali pergaulan di tingkat global ini untuk saling memahami, bekerjasama, dan saling menghormati, sehingga dalam masyarakat global yang makin sempit ini kita bisa berkontribusi, bagaimana menciptakan dunia lebih aman, lebih damai, sehingga kita nyaman berada didalamnya. Mohon doa dan dukungannya,” pungkas Dubes Najib.
