ZONASATUNEWS.COM, KALTIM – Lima SMA N Penggerak di Kalimantan Timur menjadi sekolah percontohan untuk wujudkan pendidikan bebasis minat bakat. Sekolah tersebut terdiri dari SMAN 11 Samarinda, SMAN 8 Samarinda, SMAN 1 Balikpapan, SMAN 2 Balikpapan dan SMAN 5 Penajam Paser Utara.

Program ini salah satunya diluncurkan untuk membantu siswa-siswi agar memudahkan mencari jurusan kuliah yang tepat, dan pemetaan karir ke-depan. Pasalnya menurut data terbaru terdapat 93% mahasiswa yang sudah masuk kuliah merasa justru merasa salah memilih jurusan.

Selain itu, program tersebut juga bisa membantu siswa-siswi untuk menemukan konsep dirinya (Self Concept), siswa-siswi di arahkan untuk mengisi asesment dengan tools bacabakat.com dan hasilnya mereka akan mengetahui secara jelas gambaran bakat yang ada dalam dirinya, baik bakat kuat, bakat pendukung dan bakat lemah.

Ghozy Mubaraq, Founder bacabakat.com menuturkan “bacabakat.com ialah platform untuk menggali kekuatan potensi diri seseorang, Alhamdulillah sekarang kami diberi kepercayaan oleh Pemprov kaltim untuk membantu 5 sekolah percontohan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan berbasis minat bakat, sebagai bagian implementasi dari kurikulum merdeka”.

“Setiap individu itu unik, memiliki karakter beragam, setiap orang memiliki kecerdasan yang berbeda. bacabakat.com mencoba mengakomodir hal tersebut, agar makna keberhasilan pendidikan tidak di dasarkan pada angka saja, tapi harus mampu mengakomodir setiap potensi yang dimiliki siswa-siswi disekolah” lanjut Ghozy

Program tersebut memang di inisisasi oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kaltim yang digelar selama 3 hari berturut-turut, dari hari Kamis – Sabtu, 15 – 17 Desember.
