ZONASATUNEWS.COM, MADRID – Duta Besar Indonesia untuk Kerajaan Spanyol, Dr Muhammad Najib ditemani Ketua Kadin Indonesia-Spanyol, Andy Becker (keturunan Belanda-Indonesia, tinggal di Spanyol), baru saja diterima oleh Luis Castia, CEO ACCIONA.
ACCIONA adalah perusahaan konstruksi terbesar di Spanyol, yang memiliki proyek di seluruh dunia. Ada lebih dari 50 proyek di berbagai negara, seperti Eropa, Amerika, Timur Tengah, dan Asia.
Menurut Dubes Najib, perusahaan ini berpengalaman menangani infrastruktur, energi, real estate, transportasi, pelabuhan, maupun pengelolaan air.
“Sampai sekarang beliau (Luis Castia, CEO ACCIONA) belum pernah menggarap proyek di Indonesia. Tetapi beberapa perusahaan Spanyol yang beliau kenal sudah memiliki banyak proyek d Indonesia. Beliau akan berkoordinasi dengan perusahaan-perusahaan Spanyol yang sudah sempat menggarap proyek di Indonesia dan orang-orang yang mengenal medan dan oportunity di Indonesa,” kata Dubes Muhammad Najib melalui channel youtube Wisma Duta RI Madrid.
Dubes Muhammad Najib didampingi Ketua Kadin Indonesia-Spanyol, Andi Becker. Andy Becker keturunan Belanda-Indonesia, kini menetap di Spanyol.
Dubes Niajib dan staf KBRI dalam presentasi didepan ACCIONA berusaha untuk meyakinkan betapa menariknya berinvestasi di Indonesia saat ini. Karena paling tidak ada 3 proyek yang akan menarik perhatian, yang sekarang sedang dipersiapakan.
“Kita akan mengadakan seminar pertengahan Januari 2023 mendatang, untuk menjelaskan lebih detail, untuk mendiskusikan termasuk juga dengan orang-orang yang berpengalaman dengan Indonesia dn tertarik berinvestasi di Indonesia,” ungkap Dubes Najib.
Menurut Dubes Najib ada 3 proyek yang sedang kita proses dan matangkan untuk menarik perhatian dan menarik investasi, menarik pengusaha dan berbagai perusahaan di Spanyol ini untuk berkolaborasi dengan Indonesia.
Yang pertama, terkait dengan IKN. Kedua, bagaimana Jakarta kalau tidak lagi menjadi ibukota.
Dubes Najib menyampaikan bahwa Jakarta tetap menarik untuk dikembangkan karena dia akan menjadi ibukota ekonomi Indonesia. Infrastrukturnya juga akan dibangun.
Dubes Muhammad Najib dan staf KBRI melakukan presentasi untuk meyakinkan ACCIONA, bahwa berinvestasi di Indonesia itu sangat menarik.Pihak ACCIONA antusias, dan akan mengirim tim menhadiri Seminar pertengahan Januari 2023 mendatang
“Tadi saya sampaikan kepada beliau saat ini Indonesia bekerjasama dengan JICA perusahaan Jepang yang sudah menyelesaikan pembangunan MRT atau Subway, atau Metro disebutnya disini, dari Jakarta Selatan ke Jakarta Pusat.Sekarang dilanjutkan dari Jakarta Pusat ke Jakarta Utara. Nanti kalau sudah selesi akan dibicarakan dengan JICA, bagaimana membangun dari arah timur ke barat,” jelas Dubes Najib.
Pada saat yang sama, lanjut Dubes Najib, Korea Selatan akan menangani MRT ini dari selatan ke timur.
Respon dari ACCIONA tampaknya menggembirakan. CEO ACCIONA yang didampingi staf kerjasama internasionalnya dan bagian keuangan tampak antusias dan tertarik. Dia sudah berjanji akan mengirimkan tim untuk hadir dalam seminar awal tahun nanti.
Setelah itu nanti bisa diketahui setelah mengambil keputusan untuk bisa bergabung berpartisipasi dalam membangun berbagai proyek di Indonesia.
Selain Jakarta dan IKN, menurut Dubes Najib, Bali juga memiliki daya tarik yang luar biasa. Apalagi Alfonso Vergara punya ide bahwa Bali bisa lebih menarik dibanding Singapura.
“Alfonso Vergara berpengalaman bagaimana membantu pemerintah Singapura untuk membuat Singapura menjadi menarik sebagai tempau belanja, tujuan wisata, investasi, tetapi juga sebagai tempat menarik untuk mengembangkan berbagai bisnis. Sejauh ini banyak orang menilai berhasil. Dan Alfonso Vergara punya ide yang spektakuler, bahwa Bali bisa mengalahkan Singapura, kalau direncanakan dengan baik. Hal itu akan kita diskusikan pada pertengahan Januari (2023) mendatang. Mohon doa dan dukungannya,” pungkas Dubes Najib.
