PGN Gandeng DPP REI Kerja Sama Dalam Pemanfaatan Gas Bumi

Zonasatu News – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) dan Dewan Pengurus Pusat Persatuan Perusahaan Realestat Indonesia (REI) memulai kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan melalui penandatanganan nota kesepahaman atau MoU (Memorandum of Understanding).

Penandatanganan MoU dilakukan Direktur Utama PGN Gigih Prakoso ,Ketua Umum REI Soelaeman Soemawinata, Sekretaris Jenderal REI Totok Lusida dan disaksikan jajaran Direksi PGN beserta Pengurus Pusat REI, Selasa (25/6).

Isi MoU itu antara lain memuat kesepakatan keduanya untuk melaksanakan kerja sama pemanfaatan gas bumi sebagai energi bersih untuk perumahan dan komersial yang saling menguntungkan.

Lebih jauh, ruang lingkup kerjasama mencakup kerja sama implementasi penggunaan dan pembangunan jaringan gas dalam proyek properti anggota Persatuan Perusahaan Realestat Indonesia (REI). Selain itu poin kesepakatan juga memuat kesempatan kerja sama yang memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing.

“MoU ini intinya akan memayungi kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan diantara PGN dengan para aggota REI,” tegas Gigih, seperti dikutip JawaPos.com

Kerja sama ini, sebut Gigih, merupakan langkah strategis bagi kedua entitas. Mengingat, lanjutnya, REI selaku asosiasi mempunyai ratusan anggota yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan kemampuan serta keunggulan pengalaman di bidang properti.

“Tentunya industri properti mempunyai prospek yang tetap cerah di Indonesia, pemain utamanya adalah anggota REI. Keberadaan properti baru juga merupakan pasar potensial bagi PGN mengembangkan dan memperluas layanan terutama seputar gas bumi,” ungkap Gigih.

Kedua entitas berkomitmen untuk membangun kemitraan strategis jangka panjang, dengan memanfaatkan kompetensi masing-masing. Terlebih lagi, kerja sama ini akan menciptakan nilai lebih bagi masyarakat secara jangka panjang.

REI sebagai organisasi developer perumahan terbesar menyambut baik program kerjasama dengan PGN ini sebagai sebuah terobosan dalam pengembangan perumahan.

Ketua Umum REI menjelaskan “Penggunaan jaringan gas sebagai sumber energi bagi perumahan akan memberikan value added bagi developer dalam mewujudkan produk perumahan yang hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan”

PGN merupakan pemain utama dalam bidang transmisi dan distribusi gas bumi. Apalagi kini, selaku Sub Holding Gas, PGN mengelola mayoritas infrastruktur gas di Tanah Air.

Seiring dengan kemampuan tersebut, PGN berencana menggenjot layanan gas bagi industri maupun rumah tangga. Berbagai keunggulan layanan ditawarkan, seperti harga yang lebih efisien, pasokan yang stabil, serta jauh lebih ramah lingkungan.

“Penggunaan gas bumi yang merupakan pemanfaatan kekayaan alam nasional adalah tuntutan zaman, karena lebih aman dan sejalan dengan upaya menghadirkan energi bersih,” tukas Gigih.

Dia mengharapkan lewat MoU dengan REI, PGN mampu menjadi mitra para perusahaan anggota menghadirkan produk properti yang mengikuti tuntutan zaman. “Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi, PGN sangat siap membantu mewujudkan industri properti ramah lingkungan,” harap Gigih
