SKK Migas dan IAFMI Perkuat Sinergi Tingkatkan Kapasitas Nasional
Audiensi pengurus IAFMI dengan kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soejtipto

ZONASATUNEWS.COM , JAKARTA–Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto didampingi Deputi Operasi Julius Wiratno menerima audiensi Pengurus IAFMI periode 2019-2023 yang baru terpilih tahun lalu. IAFMI adalah salah satu asosiasi di bidang Migas yang telah melakukan MOU kerjasama dengan SKK Migas. Hadir pada audiensi tersebut Ketua Umum IAFMI Taufik Aditiyawarman didampingi Sekjen IAFMI Daru Dewanto, Bendahara Umum IAFMI Iwan Gunawan dan jajaran Pengurus IAFMI lainnya.

Pada kesempatan tersebut Kepala SKK Migas menyampaikan arahan dan harapannya kepada IAFMI agar meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis, kapasitas SDM serta melihat arah ke depan seperti apa, agar organisasi ini dapat adaptif terhadap perkembangan industri hulu migas dan memberikan kontribusinya bagi upaya peningkatan kinerja hulu migas nasional. Sejalan dengan transformasi hulu migas serta upaya mewujudkan visi bersama Indonesia meraih kembali second golden era 1 million BOPD di tahun 2030, maka partisipasi IAFMI tentunya menjadi harapan bersama untuk terealisasinya impian 1 Million BOPD tersebut.

Ketua Umum IAFMI yang juga adalah Direktur Operasi PHE menyampaikan apresiasi atas kesediaan Kepala SKK Migas menerima audiensi ini, serta dukungan dan kehadiran pada acara IAFMI yang dilaksanakan di tahun 2019. Hal ini memberikan semangat bagi Pengurus dan anggota IAFMI untuk memberikan kontribusi yang lebih baik untuk turut menjadi bagian dalam upaya membangun kinerja hulu migas yang lebih baik di tahun 2020 dan tahun-tahun berikutnya. Hal tersebut juga akan semakin memotivasi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi IAFMI dan anggotanya.

Beberapa rencana ke depan IAFMI yang disampaikan pada audiensi tersebut adalah digitalisasi sebagai pusat keunggulan, meningkatkan kualitas dan kapabilitas anggota dan akselerasi verifikasi keanggotaan. Saat ini sudah menjadi anggota 564 orang dan dalam proses verifikasi pendaftaran sekitar 500.

Menyikapi program Pemerintah dan SKK Migas yang salah satu prioritasnya adalah meningkatkan cadangan dan produksi migas, serta Visi bersama mencapai 1 juta BOPD di tahun 2030, IAFMI akan meningkatkan kemampuan anggotanya di bidang manajemen proyek. Momentum proyek Masela akan menjadi salah satu pendorong IAFMI untuk berkolaborasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat Maluku dalam meningkatkan kapasitas SDM lokal agar dapat memiliki peran dalam proyek Masela, di tataran proyek pembangunan kilang Masela dan saat beroperasi. Salah satu kontribusi IAFMI yang bekerjasama dengan stakeholder terkait adalah pelatihan dan sertifikasi welder dan lainnya.

Kepala SKK Migas menyampaikan perhatian yang tinggi Gubernur Maluku agar masyarakat lokal dapat terlibat di proyek Masela. Maka kesempatan bagi IAFMI untuk dapat berkontribusi dan melakukan koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah Maluku untuk peningkatan kualitas dan kompetensi SDM masyarakat lokal. Pada kesempatan tersebut Kepala SKK Migas menyampaikan kembali arahan Presiden agar proyek hulu migas dapat memberdayakan dan meningkatkan kapasitas perusahaan nasional dan lokal serta masyarakat setempat. Sejalan dengan arahan Presiden, maka Kepala SKK Migas mengajak IAFMI untuk berkontribusi dalam mewujudkannya.

Peningkatan kapasitas nasional dan manajemen proyek yang lebih baik dalam konteks pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek Masela akan memberikan manfaat dan split yang lebih besar bagi negara, maka IAFMI memiliki ruang untuk berperan dalam proyek tersebut. Secara khusus, pada audiensi tersebut Ketua Umum IAFMI menyampaikan akan memperkuat kapasitas anggotanya sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi dan sinergi dalam berbagai aspek sehingga dapat membantu Pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan proyek strategis hulu migas sesuai waktu yang telah ditetapkan akan memberikan manfaat yang seoptimal mungkin bagi negara dan kemanfaatannya bagi masyarakat.
