Kasus Freeport kalau dikatakan sudah dalam penguasaan NKRI itu masih teori diatas kertas aja.Baru dikatakan milik kita kalau global bond sudah dibayar lunas.

Analisa yang dilakukan seseorang boleh  aja, justru harus dilihat sebagai masukan.
Sehebat apapun team pasti tidak sempurna.
Dana pembelian Freeport itu hutangan dari global bond, justru disini titik lemahnya karena bisa dijual belikan tanpa bisa dikontrol.

Saat ini masa eforia pemerintah, Freeport diam aja. Tapi 5 tahun kedepan Mac Moran bisa aja operasi senyap mengambil alih 100% global bond jadi miliknya. Ini artinya Freeport jadi miliknya lagi tanpa bisa ditolak karena resmi menguasai global bond.

Ini bisa dilihat dalam waktu 1 bulan Inalum bisa dapat dana 4 M USD pasti ada invisible hand yang membantu kelancarannya.

Pertanyaannya, kenapa kontrak Freeport akan habis tahun 2021, kembali kepangkuan NKRI tanpa bayar. Kenapa tidak sabar?
Misteri tidak pernah terjawab.

Freeport dituntut buat smelter dalam 5 tahun kedepan dengan biaya 10 Milyar Dollar. Karena sekarang pemerintah punya saham 51 % , maka pemerintah harus siapkan dana cash 5,1 milyar USD lagi dan Freeport 4,9 M USD untuk membangun smelter itu.

Pertanyaannya dari mana lagi pemerintah siapkan dana 5,1 M USD, apa gunakan global bond lagi?

Dari sini bisa dilihat bahwa Mc Moran sangat jenius dalam negosiasi ini.
Karena untuk pembuatan smelter tersebut harusnya bayar 4,9 M USD, ternyata hanya mengeluarkan uang 1 M USD ( 3,9 M didapat dari penjualan saham yang dibeli pemerintah).

Sedang pemerintah untuk pembuatan smelter tersebut HARUS menngeluarkàn dana 5,1 M USD. Dari mana dananya?

Jadi dari pengambilan saham Freeport ini justru pemerintah punya hutang baru 4 M usd untuk saham + 5,1 M untuk buat smelter = 9,1 M USD  yang harus dibayar pemerintah berikutnya.
