ZONASATUNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupi (KPK) membuka peluang untuk menelusuri kemungkinan terjadinya aliran dana ke partai dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah yang dibiayai APBD Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pasalnya, kasus ini menyeret Wakil Ketua DPRD Jawa Timur Sahat Tua Simanjuntak—yang juga Politisi Partai Golkar—menjadi tersangka.

Namun, KPK saat ini masih akan berfokus pada penanganan Sahat dan tiga tersangka lainnya.

“Kami belum sampai ke sana. Kami fokus dulu ke sini (penanganan tersangka). Kalaupun memang ada keterkaitan, kapan saja pasti bisa diangkat,” ujar Wakil Ketua KPK Johanis Tanak dalam konferensi pers di Gedung KPK, Jumat dini hari, 16 Desember 2022.

Sahat terciduk dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) KPK di Surabaya pada Rabu, 14 Desember 2022 sekitar pukul 20.30. Dia diamankan bersama tiga tersangka lainnya. Mereka adalah Staf Ahli Sahat bernama Rusdi; Kepala Desa Jelgung, Kecamatan Robatal, Kabupaten Sampang, sekaligus Koordinator Kelompok Masyarakat (Pokmas) Abdul Hamid; dan Koordinator lapangan Pokmas, Ilham Wahyudi alias Eeng.

“Tim penyidik menahan para tersangka untuk 20 hari pertama terhitung mulai tanggal 15 Desember 2022 sampai dengan 3 Januari 2023,” ujar Tanak.

Modusnya lewat ijon

Dalam kasus ini, Sahat diduga sudah bermain dalam penyaluran dana hibah Pokmas sejak dua tahun lalu. Modusnya, Sahat menawarkan diri membantu dan memperlancar pengusulan pemberian dana hibah dengan menyepakati pemberian sejumlah uang sebagai uang muka alias ijon. Salah satu pihak yang sepakat ialah AH.

Di antara keduanya, diduga ada kesepatakan agar Sahat mendapat jatah 20 persen dari dana hibah yang bakal disalurkann. Sedangkan AH mendapat bagian 10 persen. Lewat tangan keduanya, dana hibah tersalurkan masing-masing Rp 40 miliar pada tahun 2020 dan 2021.

“Agar alokasi dana hibah untuk tahun 2023 dan tahun 2024 bisa kembali diterima Pokmas, AH kembali menghubungi tersangka STPS dan bersepakat menyerahkan uang Rp 2 miliar sebagai uang ijon,” kata Tanak.

Realisasi uang ijon tersebut dilakukan pada Rabu, 13 Desember 202 ketika AH melakukan penarikan tunai Rp 1 miliar dalam pecahan mata uang rupiah di salah satu bank di Sampang. Uang tersebut lalu diserahkan pada IW untuk dibawa ke Surabaya dan diserahkan ke RS. Setelah itu, RS diperintah STPS untuk menukarkannya dalam bentuk mata uang asing SGD dan USD.

“Sisa Rp 1 miliar yang dijanjikan tersangka AH akan diberikan pada Jumat, 16 Desember 2022,” ujar Tanak.

KPK menduga STPS menerima Rp 5 miliar dari pengurusan dana hibah untuk Pokmas. Karenanya tim penyidik masih akan terus melakukan penelusuran dan pengembangan ihwal jumlah uang dan penggunaannya yang diterima STPS.
