Warga Jasinga Diberi Tanah oleh Jokowi Lalu Disita Satgas BLBI

ZONASATUNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Seratusan warga Jasinga, Kabupaten Bogor, kecewa setelah Satuan Tugas Hak tagih BLBI menyita tanah milik mereka. Pasalnya mereka menyebut lahan-lahan tersebut diberikan langsung oleh Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi beberapa waktu lalu.

Lahan-lahan itu merupakan hasil redistribusi lahan eks HGU PT Cimayak Cileles. Sertifikat Hak Milik atau SHM-nya pun sudah terbit. “Kami Gapoktan selaku penerima redistribusi lahan eks HGU PT Rejo Sari Bumi dan PT Cimayak Cileles resah,” kata salah satu warga, Amirullah, saat dikonfirmasi, Jumat, 24 Juni 2022, dikutip TEMPO.CO

Amirullah menuturkan SHM yang Jokowi berikan langsung kepada masyarakat dikatakan palsu atau tidak sah. “Kami pertanyakan ini, karena yang menyerahkan langsung sertifikat tersebut bapak Presiden waktu itu di Istana Bogor,” katanya.

Dalam kunjungan ke aset BLBI yang disita Satgas Hak Tagih di Bogor Raya, Kota Bogor pada Rabu, 22 Juni 2022, Kepala Bareskrim Polri Komisaris Jenderal Agus Andrianto mengatakan 178 SHM yang sudah dibagikan dibatalkan karena redistribusinya tidak sah. “Sebab objek lahannya itu dalam sita tim Satgas BLBI,” tuturnya.

Bahkan menurut Agus, persoalan itu kini ditangani pihaknya dan sudah masuk proses pindana. Artinya, Agus menyebut, saat ini Reserse sudah melakukan penyelidikan, penyidikan dan bahkan beberapa saksi sudah dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan.

Agus menyebut, dalam kasus ini pun sudah ada beberapa tersangka diantaranya lebih dari tiga oknum pegawai di Badan Pertanahan Nasional atau BPN. “Ini sudah proses pidana, bakal ada tersangka. Kalau gak salah, lebih dari tiga orang.,” ucap dia.

Tanah Didistribusikan Jokowi di hari Agraria

Mengutip pemberitaan resmi Pemkab Bogor, Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi secara virtual membagikan 124.120 sertifikat tanah hasil redistribusi di 26 Provinsi dan 127 Kabupaten/Kota pada Rabu, 22 September 2021. Dari jumlah tersebut, 500 bidang sertifikat tanah redistribusi seluas 42,72 hektare diberikan kepada warga wilayah Kecamatan Jasinga dan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor.

Di Kabupaten Bogor, penyerahan sertifikat secara fisik dilakukan oleh Bupati saat itu, Ade Yasin. “Hari ini penyerahan sertipikat tanah redistribusi dari Gugus Tugas Reforma Agraria, total yang diserahkan ada 500 bidang tanah untuk warga Jasinga dan Pamijahan, mudah-mudahan bermanfaat untuk mereka dan ada kepastian hukum terkait surat-surat tanah mereka,” kata Ade.

Sementara itu, Jokowi menjelaskan banyak konflik agraria yang berlangsung lama di Indonesia namun tak pernah selesai. “Hari ini bertepatan dengan Hari Agraria dan Tata Ruang tahun 2021, saya akan menyerahkan 124.120 sertipikat tanah hasil redistribusi di 26 Provinsi dan 127 Kabupaten/Kota, ucap Jokowi.

Jokowi menuturkan sebanyak 5.512 di antaranya merupakan hasil penyelesaian konflik agraria di 7 Provinsi dan 8 Kabupaten/Kota. “Penyerahan sertifikat hari ini sangat istimewa karena sertifikat ini betul-betul tambahan tanah baru untuk rakyat, tanah fresh yang berasal dari tanah negara hasil penyelesaian konflik,” ucap Jokowi.
