Jakarta (ZONASATU News) – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengumumkan secara resmi penetapan tersangka Ketua DPR RI, Setya Novanto, terkait kasus dugaan korupsi e-KTP. Novanto ditetapkan kembali sebagai tersangka berdasar gelar perkar pimpinan KPK.

“SN (Setya Novanto) selaku anggota 2009-2014 bersama-sama dengan Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo, Andi Agustinus, Irman, Sugiharto dan kawan-kawan (dkk), diduga dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri, orang lain, korporasi mengakibatkan kerugian negara sekurang-kurangnya Rp2,3 triliun,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK, Saut Situmorang di kantornya, Jl Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat, 10 November 2017.

Menurut Saut, surat perintah penyidikan atas nama Setya Novanto, telah diterbitkan intitusinya pada 31 Oktober 2017. Proses penyelidikan ini juga telah dilakukan, namun telah dua kali Novanto dipanggil untuk mengklarifikasi, ia tidak memenuhi pemeriksaan.

Novanto dalam kasus ini dijerat menggunakan Pasal 2 ayat 1 atay Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP.

“Mengenai yang lebih rinci belum dapat disampaikan saat ini,” kata Saut.
